About Me

Hi, I´m Caroline, Wife, Mum to 3 children, a whippet called Coco and a lover of the great outdoors!

I’m a certified Behavioral Health Coach with an accreditation in Lifestyle Medicine. After experiencing firsthand the impact of burnout and chronic stress has on families, I made it my mission to help others avoid the same struggles.

I specialize in guiding busy professionals, families, and organizations through sustainable lifestyle changes using evidence-based health coaching.

Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve nutrition, create healthier habits or boost energy levels, my approach is rooted in the science of lifestyle medicine, focusing on prevention, empowerment, and holistic well-being.

My Journey

Having grown up between France and the UK, moving eight times across different countries, I developed a deep appreciation for human connection and the ability to adapt quickly and to be resilient to change and new environments and developed a love and open mindedness for other cultures. A love for accents and British comedy helped me bridge transitions, using humor to build relationships and make new friends.

I’ve faced trauma, addictive behaviour patterns, and burnout personally, which sparked my passion for health and well-being. After spending two decades in high-pressure corporate environments across London, Barcelona, and Singapore, I witnessed the toll that stress and unhealthy lifestyles take on individuals and families. This fuelled my commitment to health coaching and Lifestyle Medicine.

My Approach

I integrate evidence-based techniques to open clients’ intuition, guiding clients to reconnect with their natural instincts and make informed decisions around nutrition, movement, and stress management. I believe true health goes beyond physical well-being, it’s about creating balance in every aspect of life.

In today’s fast-paced world, many of us have become disconnected from our inner signals. I work with my clients to slow down, reduce distractions, and cultivate self-awareness through mindful healthy eating habits, breath work, and spending time in nature. I also focus on the impact of digital health risks such as tech addiction, increased screen time, and doom-scrolling (excessive exposure to negative news), which can significantly affect mental health. Loneliness and social isolation are also on the rise, and I work with clients to foster meaningful connections that nurture emotional well-being.

Living the Balance

Now based in the beautiful countryside of Catalunya, I continue to prioritize learning and invest in furthering my knowledge and accreditations. As a mother of three, I understand the challenges of balancing family, work, and personal life. I find strength and in grounding Kundalini yoga, strength training, and spending time outdoors with my family, hiking and mountain biking.  I’m also passionate about cooking with locally sourced ingredients, focusing on vibrant, wholesome, and nutritious foods.

Working With Me

As your coach, I use an intuitive and compassionate approach to coaching, tailored to your health history, body type, activity level, and lifestyle. Whether your goal is weight loss, improved energy, creating healthier habits, combating loneliness or avoiding burn-out, I will guide you through a journey that focuses on your unique needs and hold you accountable every step of the way. Together, we’ll create lasting habits that fit seamlessly into your life, empowering you to thrive.

Qualifications

I am a certified Behavioral Health Coach (HCA, UK) and a registered Health & Wellness Coach (UKIHCA). I’m also a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, accredited by the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) and a Breath Body and Mind teacher (L1) through the Breath Body and Mind Foundation. I believe in the transformative power of small, intentional habits, helping people create balance within the six pillars of health: sleep, stress, nutrition, avoidance of harmful substances, connection, and physical activity.

As a UKIHCA Full Member and Registered Health Coach  I am a whole-health professional and expert in lifestyle and behaviour change, partnering with clients or patients who want to make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their whole-health and wellness.

  • UKIHCA Full Members and Registered Health Coaches facilitate a client or patient’s self-empowered ability to respond and adapt positively to challenges to their health environment, supporting them to develop the confidence to make conscious, sustainable lifestyle choices and pursue activities that support that individual to achieve their whole-health potential.
  •  UKIHCA Full Members and Registered Health Coaches understand that each individual is unique and takes a wide-angle lens to consider a wide variety of lifestyle factors which can either support or undermine health. For example: whether we have purpose and meaning in our lives; what, when and how we eat: whether and how we move, sleep, rest and play; how we manage stress; the impact of our relationships and social connections; and not least, the nature and quality of the cultural, social and commercial and ecological environment in which we live.
  • UKIHCA Full Members and Registered Health Coaches understand and respect that each client or patient is an expert on their own life and is a non-judgemental ally, supporting, educating and motivating them to find sustainable ways to break through resistance in their journey to whole health.
